The Association Camerounaise pour le Marketing Social (ACMS) is looking for candidates in the position of Integrated Service Delivery Specialist (M/F) based in Ngaoundéré and Garoua.

 

What do we recruiting ? 

The Integrated Service Delivery Specialist will oversee the implementation of the CHASAC project in the designated regions, ensuring that all activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. This role involves leading regional teams, coordinating with local stakeholders, and ensuring that project objectives are met. The Integrated Service Delivery Specialist will play a crucial role in managing regional operations and achieving project goals. They reports to Regional Coordinator.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage regional teams, providing guidance, support, and supervision.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee the implementation of project activities in the region, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring targets and milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.
  • Represent the project at regional meetings and events.
  • Manage regional resources, including staff, finances, and materials.
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to achieve project outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on regional activities and progress to the Regional Coordinator.
  • Provide updates on challenges, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the development and training of regional staff and partners.
  • Enhance local capacity for project implementation and sustainability.
  • Ensure that project activities adhere to quality standards and best practices.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures.
  • Identify and manage risks related to regional project activities.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with other regional and national teams to ensure integration and alignment of activities.
  • Address and resolve issues and challenges that arise during project implementation.
  • Oversee regional budget and expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Engage with local communities to promote project activities and ensure community support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting from the region.
  • Identify and implement innovative approaches to improve project outcomes and impact

 

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Medical Doctor/Senior Nurse with a degree in Public Health, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in HIV Program.
  • Experience with CDC-PEPFAR projects is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English and French.
